AS-SENS-5 is a specialized ultrasonic cleaning concentrate supplied in a 5 L canister. Formulated for sensitive metals and alloys, it removes oil, grease, lubricants, and general impurities without damaging delicate surfaces. Its low-foaming chemistry is optimized for ultrasonic cleaners, making it ideal for workshops, laboratories, and precision cleaning environments.

Safe to Use On:

Brass, aluminum, copper, zinc, tin, and delicate alloys.

Dosage

• Standard cleaning: dilute to 4% (40 mL per 1 L water; 1 L per 25 L water).
• Working temperature: 50–60 °C.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water after cleaning. Replace solution when dirty.

Cleaning Process Description

Place items in ultrasonic cleaner basket. Fill tank with distilled water and add the required dosage of AS-SENS. Submerge items fully, heat bath to recommended temperature, and start ultrasonic cleaning. After cycle, allow bath to cool, remove items carefully, and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Replace bath regularly when dirty.
